Employee Referral Program

At Cedars-Sinai, we have found that employee referrals are an effective way for recruiting top-notch employees.

$3,000 Employee Referral Bonus Program – General
This program gives employees the potential to earn up to $3,000 for every referral who is hired into an eligible position by the EIS Department at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center.
CS General Employee Bonus Form

$10,000 Employee Referral Bonus – EIS Department
50/50 REWARD. $5,000 for you, $5,000 for your referral.
A minimum of two (2) years of hands-on Epic build experience and at least one (1) Epic certification is required on all referrals for this program.
EIS_10K bonus form

$6,000 Employee Referral Bonus – EIS Department
50/50 REWARD. $3,000 for you, $3,000 for your referral.
A strong understanding of and/or experience with clinical, financial healthcare applications or EMR systems (preferably Epic) is required on all referrals for this program.
EIS_6K bonus form

$5,000 Non-Employee Referral Bonus – EIS Department
50/50 REWARD. $2,500 for you, $2,500 for your referral.
Certified Epic Applications Specialists Referral Program for Non-Employees
This means that people who don’t work at Cedars-Sinai (contractors, consultants, former employees, your friends, etc.) are eligible for this referral bonus.
A minimum of two (2) years of hands-on Epic build experience and at least one (1) Epic certification is required on all referrals for this program.
